Reservation and Deposit

A $500 deposit reserves a specific kitten. The deposit is non-refundable except where Meowster cannot deliver a healthy kitten or the kitten fails pre-travel vet exam. Full terms are included in the adoption contract signed at delivery.

Health Guarantee

Meowster provides a 12-month genetic health guarantee covering specific congenital and genetic conditions. See Health Guarantee for full details and exclusions.

Spay/Neuter Contract

Pet-quality kittens are sold with a contractual obligation to spay/neuter before 6 months of age. Breeding rights are sold separately.

Rehoming

If your circumstances ever change, Meowster will take the cat back at any age. We will not let a Meowster cat end up in a shelter.

Liability

Meowster is not responsible for injuries, damage, or expenses caused by the adopted cat after delivery. Normal veterinary care, insurance, and household safety remain the owner's responsibility.
